在SAGD水平井有杆泵生产过程中,更换光杆作业频率高,传统采用套管洗压降低油管压力的措施,存在诸多弊端。经过现场试验,利用现有工艺流程,制定油管直接降压的方法,可避免起抽拖抽现象,大大缩短作业周期,节省作业费用。

During the production of rod pumps in SAGD horizontal wells,the operation frequency of replacing rods is high.There are many drawbacks in traditional measures of reducing tubing pressure by casing pressure washing.Through field test,the method of direct pressure reduction of tubing is worked out by using the existing process flow,which can avoid the phenomenon of pumping and pulling,greatly shorten the operation cycle and save the operation cost.
