摘要
油田码头输油臂承担着FPSO与码头补给接收油料的重要任务,但是码头环境复杂,输油臂常出现腐蚀情况。因此需要对输油臂进行定期检测,以保证输油臂安全有效运行。本文介绍了多种无损检测技术,结合不同无损检测技术的优点,对实例进行检测分析,为输油臂评估提供依据。此检测方案检测技术简单,结果全面准确,可广泛推广应用。
The oilfield terminal oil transfer arm bears the important task of receiving oil from the FPSO and the terminal,but the terminal environment is complex and the oil delivery arm often has corrosion.Therefore,the oil delivery arm needs to be regularly tested to ensure safe and effective operation of the oil delivery arm.This paper introduces a variety of non-destructive testing techniques,combined with the advantages of different non-destructive testing techniques,the detection and analysis of examples,to provide a basis for the evaluation of the delivery arm.The detection scheme has simple detection technology,comprehensive and accurate results,and can be widely applied.
