摘要
针对150m水深范围内隔水导管打桩作业问题,设计了一种具有自主知识产权的隔水导管接头,指标达到了APISpec16RD级要求。利用ANSYS的数值模拟对接头进行力学校核优化,通过分析得知接头现场工况模拟中其力学指标均满足设计要求,应力集中区域未超过材质屈服强度。打桩作业隔水导管接头的设计与开发,对于完善海油具有自主知识产权的石油管产品序列,降低作业成本具有一定的价值和意义。
In this paper,for the problem of piling operation of water-blocking pipe in 150m water depth,a water-conducting pipe joint with independent intellectual property rights has reached the API Spec16R D level.The numerical simulation of ANSYS is used to optimize the strength of the joints.Through the analysis,the mechanical indexes of the joint working condition simulation meet the design requirements,and the stress concentration area does not exceed the yield strength of the material.The design and development of the water-proof conduit joint for piling operations has certain value and significance for improving the sequence of petroleum pipe products with independent intellectual property rights of CNOOC and reducing the operating cost.
