液力加压取心工具在南海某井的实践

摘要 液力加压取心工具主要应用于大斜度井疏松砂岩地层取心,通过液力作用于内筒,迫使岩心爪收缩,突破了采用机械加压割心方式取心工具使用中的诸多限制,从而具有更加广阔的适用范围。YLRb-8100取心工具成功应用于南海西部油田某井的取心作业,取心井段井斜接近80度,取心进尺18m,收获率接近70%,满足了现场获取地质资料的要求。该井取心的成功验证了液力加压取心工具的可靠性,同时也检验了该取心工具的施工工艺。 Hydraulic coring tool is mainly used in unconsolidated sandstone formation of high-angle wells.It forces the core claw to shrink by hydraulic force acting on the inner cylinder,breaking through many restrictions in the use of mechanical pressure coring tool,and thus has a broader scope of application.YLRb-8100 coring tool has been successfully applied to the well in the western South China Sea oilfield.The deviation of the core section is close to 80 degrees,the coring footage is 18m,and the recovery rate is close to 70%,which meets the requirements of geological data acquisition.The success of coring in this well verifies the reliability and the construction technology of the coring tool.
