非常规能源开发在断块油气田的钻探实践 被引量:1

First Unconventional Horizontal Well Drilling Practices In Zhong Yuan Oilfield

摘要 中原油田常规能源衰竭严重,但其非常规能源资源极其丰富,开发非常规能源是老油田增产增效的主要手段之一。但其断块发育明显,钻探开发难度大,存在着循环泵压高、坍塌严重、井斜位移控制难度大、井眼轨迹难以控制和完井施工难度大等技术难点。然而,鲜有关于断块油气田非常规油气钻探的报道,借鉴经验较少。本文以卫383-平1井钻探实践为例,详细阐述了优选井口、优化井身结构设计、复合钻具组合、及时调整扶正器尺寸和钻井参数控制水平段井眼轨迹、优选APG钻井液体系实施裸眼封隔器分段压裂完井等关键技术,为以后断块油气田非常规油气资源钻探开发有较好的现实借鉴意义。 The conventional energy of zhongyuan oilfield exhausted seriously,but the reserves of its unconventional energy resources are extremely large.As old oilfield,that developing unconventional energy is one of the main means to increase production and efficiency.However,its fault block development frequently,drilling is very difficult which include technologies&difficulties that abnormal high circulation pump pressure,the serious collapse,difficult to control drift displacement,difficult to well track control and to realize well completion.However,there are few reports on unconventional oil and gas drilling in fault block oil and gas fields,and few lessons has been learned.Based on the W383-F1 well drilling practice as an example,the article describes the key technologies which includes the optimizing wellhead,optimization of casing program design,complex bottom hole assembly,adjust the size of centralizer and drilling parameters timely to control well track of horizontal section,optimizing the APG drilling fluid system to realize open hole packer staged fracturing.This is good specific&reference value for unconventional oil and gas drilling in fault block oil and gas field.
