摘要
本文阐述了低温费托合成反应水精馏装置废水中油含量超标的主要原因及解决办法。通过对反应水精馏过滤滤芯端盖密封圈进行选型,过滤精度选择进行优化,滤芯进行反冲洗等措施,从而有效降低外送废水油含量。
In this paper,the main reason and solution of excessive oil content in waste water from the water rectification unit of low temperature fetor synthesis are described.Through the selection of the sealing ring of the end cover of the filter element of reactive water distillation,the selection of filtration precision is optimized,and the filter element is backwashed,etc.Key words.
