摘要
从预应力钢筋混凝土轨枕荷载弯矩的设计计算出发,对比分析了欧洲、北美地区混凝土轨枕设计标准与中国的差异,并结合典型的运营条件,对比了采用不同标准时轨枕荷载弯矩的计算结果。由于国内外轨枕荷载弯矩的计算方法不同,不同截面位置荷载弯矩的计算结果存在差异。基于普速铁路工况,按照北美地区标准计算出的轨枕荷载弯矩高于欧洲和中国标准的计算结果;基于高速铁路工况,按照中国标准计算出的轨枕荷载弯矩总体高于欧洲和北美地区标准的计算结果;基于重载铁路工况,按照北美地区标准计算出的轨下截面正弯矩显著高于欧洲和中国标准的计算结果。
This paper compared the calculation methods of loading moments of prestressed concrete sleepers and analyzed the differences between the design standards for concrete sleepers in Europe,North America and China.Taking typical operating conditions as cases,the calculated results of loading moments of sleepers were compared in detail.Due to the different calculation methods of loading moments in China and foreign countries,the calculated results of loading moments of concrete sleepers in different section positions are different.Based on the normal speed railway operating condition,the loading moment of the sleeper according to North American standard is higher than the European and Chinese standards.Based on the high speed railway condition,the loading moment of the sleeper according to the Chinese standard is higher than the European and North American standards.Based on the heavy haul railway condition,the positive loading moment at the railbase section according to North American standard is significantly higher than European and Chinese standards.
