摘要
为解决宽枕板式聚氨酯固化道床在浇注施工过程中出现的不同程度的轨道结构上拱现象,通过室内实尺模型试验,确定聚氨酯浇注发泡后道床的膨胀力、宽枕板上拱变形量以及合理的浇注方式。试验结果表明:对宽枕板式道床进行全断面聚氨酯浇注后,单块宽枕板受到的膨胀力约为40 k N;先浇注宽枕板板缝间的点位,宽枕板已经和混凝土板黏结形成约束力,有助于减轻完整浇注后轨道上拱的情况;双梯形聚氨酯固化道床施工时宽枕板的上拱变形明显减小;施工时分批次浇注会减少宽枕板的上拱变形量。
In order to solve the problem of camber of track structure in board sleeper slab polyurethane railway track bed during pouring construction,laboratory full-scale model test was carried out to determine the expansion force of track bed,camber value of broad sleeper slab and reasonable pouring manners.The results show that expansion force of single broad sleeper slab is about 40kN after full-section polyurethane pouring on broad sleeper slab track bed.The points on the joints of broad sleeper slabs are poured firstly,and the binding force between board sleeper slab and concrete slab is formed,which is helpful to alleviate the camber of track structure after complete pouring.When pouring the double trapezoidal polyurethane railway track bed,the camber of broad sleeper slab is obviously reduced.Batch pouring during construction will reduce the camber value of the broad sleeper slab.
