航天用SiCp/Al复合材料ELID专用精密磨床的设计

Design of ELID precision grinding machine for SiCp/Al output shaft used in aerospace advanced weapons manufacturing

高体积分数SiCp/Al复合材料属于难加工硬脆材料,机械加工表面缺陷较多,现将ELID精密磨削技术与立式磨床结构相结合,设计一台立式ELID精密磨削机床。不仅可以提高零件的表面质量和加工效率,而且可以实现SiCp/Al零件端面、外圆、内孔和螺纹等关键结合面的精密磨削加工。

Due to the high volume fraction of SiCp/Al composites are difficult to process hard and brittle materials,machining surface defects more.ELID precision grinding technology is now combined with the vertical grinder structure to design a vertical ELID precision grinding machine.Not only can improve the surface quality of parts and processing efficiency,but also can realize the precision grinding of the key joint surface,such as the end face,the outer circle,the inner hole and the thread of the SiCp/Al parts.
