注胶成形静压滑枕接油盒设计

Design of collecting oil box of injecting glue forming hydrostatic ram

方形滑枕采用静压导轨时一直存在静压油回油困难,容易泄漏的问题,现有的刮屑板、密封圈等密封方式都不同程度地存在漏油现象,并且需要频繁更换密封件,使用效果不理想。为此设计注胶成形静压滑枕接油盒,向注胶模具注入液态橡胶,液态胶凝固后形成与滑枕完全接触的密封胶环,无论滑枕尺寸和形状如何变化注胶成形的密封胶环都能与滑枕完全接触。注胶成形静压滑枕接油盒具有密封效果好、适用范围广、使用寿命长的优点。

There are some difficulties of oil recycling and sealing when square ram adopts hydrostatic guideway.The existing sealing methods such as scrape plate,sealing ring are leaking more or less,and needing to replace parts frequently,the effect is not good.In this paper,the author designed a collecting oil box of injecting glue forming hydrostatic ram.The method is injecting liquid glue into the mold,and the sealing ring is formed in contact with the ram after liquid glue freezing.The injecting glue forming sealing ring can fully contact with the ram whatever the size and the shape of ram vary.The collecting oil box of injecting glue forming hydrostatic ram has the advantages of good sealing effect,wide application and long service life.
