摘要
设计了主要面向航空发动机高压压气机转子叶片数控加工的燕尾榫头定位装置。该新型装置由定位装置、定向装置、调整装置、夹紧装置组成。其通过对燕尾榫头的多面接触夹紧,保证定位的稳定性和精确性。操作便捷,定位准确,实现了压气机转子叶片的高效、高精度加工,提高了产品的市场竞争力,对航空发动机的生产制造有显著的工程意义。
A computerized numerical control positioning device for rotor blade dovetail tenon of aeroengine high pressure compressor was designed.The new device consists of a positioning device,a directional device,an adjusting device and a clamping device.Through the multi face contact clamping of the dovetail tenon,the stability and accuracy of the positioning are ensured.It has the advantages of convenient operation,accurate positioning,high efficiency and high precision machining of compressor rotor blades,improved the market competitiveness of products,and has significant engineering significance for aeroengine production and manufacturing.
