摘要
介绍了一种填补市场空白的大模数、少齿数数控滚齿机的设计。该数控滚齿机床的结构选用模块化设计方法,采用大立柱移动、工作台固定的敞开式立式机床布局。在结构上对床身进行了加强和热平衡设计、对主轴系统进行了消隙设计并加大了装刀空间、对工作台进行提速设计。通过计算选择合适、足够的主轴电动机,使得机床能够完成大模数、少齿数齿轮的高速高效加工。该数控机床在通用性型数控系统的基础上二次开发了自动编程软件功能,通过友好的人机界面输入相应的齿轮参数、刀具参数、安装参数和工艺参数,软件能自动生成机床识别的加工代码,使滚齿编程效率得到极大提高。
This paper introduces the design of CNC hobbing machine with large-modulus and fewer teeth to fill the blank of the market.The structure of the CNC hobbing machine is designed with modular design method,and the layout of open vertical machine tool with large vertical column and fixed platform is adopted.In structure,the bed is strengthened and it s heat-balance structure is designed,the spindle system with larger tool installation space uses the structure to coordinate gap,improve the speed of the workbench.In addition,the suitable and sufficient spindle motor is chosen by calculation,so that the machine can cut the gear with large-modulus and fewer teeth in high speed and short time.The NC machine has developed the function of automatic programming software on the basis of the universal numerical control system.Input the corresponding gear parameters,tool parameters,installation parameters and process parameters through friendly man-machine interface,the software can automatically generate the machining code of machine tool recognition,so that the efficiency of hobbing programming can be greatly improved.
