摘要
针对车床横向滚珠丝杠装置存在的问题,结合理论与实践,对该装置的定位和预紧拉伸环节做结构改进设计。对改进前后的两种结构装置进行现场检测,对比发现,改进后的滚珠丝杠装置在精度和性能上均优于改进前。
Aiming at the existing problem of horizontal lathe ball screw device,combined with the theory and practice,to emprovementing the orientation and preloaded tensile link of the device,on-site testing device of the two kinds of structure of before and after comparison,found that the improved ball screw device on the precision and performance are better than before improvement.
