摘要 通过对曲轴斜油孔的尺寸结构特点分析与研究,提出一种触摸法检测量规的设计方案,详细描述了检测原理、检具总体结构设计、关键部件设计以及量规使用方法。与传统检测装置比较,量规具有结构简单、操作方便、易于携带的优点,大大提高了检测效率,节约了经济成本,具有推广价值。 The crankshaft is an important part of the engine,and the size accuracy of each part of the crankshaft must be strictly controlled.Based on the analysis and study of the dimension and structure characteristics of crankshaft oblique oil hole,a design scheme of measuring gauge with touch method is put forward.The testing principle,the overall structure design of measuring tool,the design of key components and the use method of measuring gauge are described in detail.Compared with the traditional detection device,the gauge has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation and easy to carry.It greatly improves the detection efficiency,saves the economic cost and has the value of popularization.
