Configuration management of medical equipment under hospital cost control

目的:响应深化医改中加强医院成本控制的要求,促进医院可持续发展。方法:结合公立医院医疗设备配置现状,分析存在的问题,提出医疗设备的配置管理措施,建立医疗设备配置原则与标准,以配置优先级量化指标为指导,进一步调整和优化配置方案。结果:实现了科学、合理地配置医疗设备,降低了设备购置成本,提高了设备使用效率,达到了经济效益和社会效益的共赢。结论:该配置管理方法不仅实用性、灵活性、可控制性强,还可结合医院自身实际情况调整实施细节。

Objective To meet the requirements of medical reform for hospital cost control to promote sustainable hospital development. Methods The present situation and problems of medical equipment configuration in governmental hospital were analyzed, and some measures were proposed accordingly including developing principles and standards on medical equipment configuration as well as making configuration scheme based on priority quantitative indexes. Results Rational medical equipment configuration was realized with the cost decreased while the efficiency increased. Conclusion Medical equipment configuration is implemented with high practicability, flexibility and controllability, and can be applied in other hospitals with the details regulated as required.
