摘要
目的:研制一种医疗器械用清洗杀菌消毒装置,对医院感染进行有效预防与控制。方法:该清洗杀菌消毒装置主要由筒体和控制面板2个部分组成。筒体上方安装有挡盖并焊有拉手,两侧分别安装2个抽屉,下方装有4个万向轮,筒体和抽屉均为SUS304材质。控制面板上设有液晶显示屏、电源开关、紫外线消毒灯启动开关、气缸启动开关以及温度控制旋钮。该装置通过紫外线消毒灯和消毒液相互配合对医疗器械进行消毒。结果:紫外线灯和消毒液配合消毒避免了单纯使用消毒液消毒不彻底的问题,消毒完的器械可储存在该装置的抽屉内并可直接推送至各科室,避免了二次污染。结论:该医疗器械用清洗杀菌消毒装置设计合理、使用方便、操作简便,能有效预防与控制医院感染,具有推广价值。
Objective To develop a device for cleaning, sterilizing and disinfecting the medical instruments so as to prevent and control hospital infection. Methods The device was composed of a tube and a control panel. The tube had a shield with a handle on top, two drawers at both sides and four omni-directional wheels at the bottom, and the cylinder and drawers were all made of SUS304 material. The control panel consisted of a liquid crystal display, a power switch, a start button for ultraviolet sterilamp, another start button for cylinder and a temperature control knob. The device executed medical instruments disinfection by combined ultraviolet sterilamp and disinfectant. Results The disinfection by combined sterilamp and disinfectant behaved better than those by only one way, and secondary infection was avoided by storing the disinfected instruments in the drawers and then distributed to the departments directly. Conclusion The device gains advantages in design, operation and hospital infection prevention and control, and thus is worthy promoting practically.
