基于“一墙一图”设计的墙体砌筑绿色施工技术

Green Construction Technology of Wall Masonry Based on "One Wall One Drawing" Design

为实现绿色施工目标,减少在砌筑施工过程中产生大量垃圾,在天津周大福金融中心施工中,将BIM技术应用于墙体深化,得出所有墙体砌块、套管等精确定位与尺寸,并根据深化图导出的料单预先进行集中备料,再结合图纸实现砌块与机电套管同步施工,以减少工程后期拆改情况,从而达到绿色施工、节材环保的目标。

In order to achieve the goal of green construction and reduce the amount of garbage generated during the masonry construction,for the construction of Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center,BIM technology is applied to the wall deepening design to obtain the precise positions and dimensions of all wall blocks,sleeves,etc.According to the material list exported by wall deepening drawings,the concentrated material preparation is performed in advance,and then combined with the drawings,the simultaneous construction of masonry and electrical and mechanical sleeves is realized so as to reduce the later remedial corrections and achieve the goal of green construction,material saving and environmental protection.
