摘要
天津周大福金融中心塔楼建筑外立面玻璃幕墙造型以曲面为主且复杂多变,其建筑维护系统(擦窗机)即按照"结构变化特点、分区、分系统"进行设计。在建筑低区(1~70层)设计4部独立的建筑维护系统(擦窗机),采用平行双轨道运行模式进行作业;建筑高区(71~99层)设计1部独立的建筑维护系统(擦窗机),采用圆弧形轨道运行模式进行作业。通过高、低区2种系统结合使用,实现了对塔楼建筑外立面玻璃幕墙全覆盖清洗及维护功能。
The shape of Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center facade glass curtain wall is mainly curved with complex and changeable surface.Its building maintenance systems(window cleaning machine)are designed according to the principle of"structural change characteristics,zoning,sub-system".In the building low zone(1st-70th floor),four Independent building maintenance systems(window cleaning machines)are designed to operate in parallel dual-track operation mode;in the high zone of the building(71st-99th floor),one Independent building maintenance system(window cleaning machines)is designed to operate in a circular arc track operation mode;by the combination of the two kinds of systems in high and low zones,the full coverage of cleaning and maintenance functions of the tower building facade glass curtain wall are realized.
