摘要 针对工程需求,提出了一种长距离地下通道侧墙装配式模板施工方法。该施工方法采用装配式模板单元,按照模数化设计,能够组合拼装成不同的平面曲线,实现了以直代曲、施工区段长度变化灵活;解决了传统模板施工中模板拼装精度差、影响混凝土结构质量、施工机械化程度低、现场劳动强度大以及模板材料无法循环使用、资源浪费大的问题。 In view of the requirement of engineering,a construction method of fabricated steel formwork for side wall of long distance underground passage is put forward.According to modularized design,such construction method adopts the fabricated formwork units,which can be combined and assembled into different plane curves to realize the curve replaced by the straight,so that the length of construction section can be changed flexibly,and can solve the problems in traditional formwork,including quality of concrete structure affected by poor assembly accuracy of formwork,low degree of construction mechanization,heavy labor intensity on site,inability to recycle and reuse formwork materials,great waste of resources,etc.
