摘要
以西安国际医学中心工程项目的下沉基础防水施工为对象,根据基础投影面积大、均为下沉基础的设计工况,采用预铺反粘胶膜防水施工工艺,其中主要利用BIM技术从样板的横纵铺贴方向、方形与梯形下沉区域铺贴方式、节点补强措施、损耗对比等方面进行研究,解决了自粘胶膜防水卷材在施工中节点处理困难、工艺效果差、材料过度损耗、造价难控等问题。
Taking the waterproof construction of subsiding foundation in Xi'an International Medical Center project as the object,according to the fact that the foundation projection area is large and all the design conditions belong to subsiding foundation,the pre-laid and inverted adhered film waterproof construction technology is adopted.Among them,the BIM technology is mainly used to study template transverse and longitudinal laying direction,laying method of square and trapezoidal subsiding area,joint reinforcement measures,loss comparison,and so on.As a result,the problems of difficult joint treatment in self-adhesive film waterproof coil construction,poor process effect,excessive loss of materials,difficult cost control,etc.are solved.
