散偏汤治疗偏头痛文献的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Literatures on Sanbian Decoction on Migraine

目的采用Meta分析系统评价散偏汤治疗偏头痛的疗效及安全性。方法通过检索CNKI、万方、维普数据库,收集散偏汤治疗偏头痛的随机对照试验,使用Review Mananger 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果合计纳入10篇文献,Meta分析结果显示:散偏汤能缓解偏头痛患者的疼痛及降低疼痛积分[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.14,1.31),P <0.00001],无明显不良反应。结论散偏汤可以有效治疗偏头痛,无明显不良反应,但由于纳入的文献质量不高,尚需开展更多高质量、多中心的随机对照试验加以支持。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Sanpian Decoction on migraine by Meta-analysis system.Methods:By retrieving CNKI,Wan Fang and VIP database,a randomized controlled trial was collected about the treatment of migraine,and the Meta-analysis was carried out by Review Mananger 5.3 software.Results:10 articles were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that sac could relieve the pain of migraine patients and reduce the pain score[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.14,1.31),P<0.00001],without obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The decoction can effectively treat migraine without obvious side effects.But because the quality of the literature is not high,it is necessary to carry out more high quality and multicenter randomized controlled trials to support the conclusions.
