Study on the Complexity of the Medical-Nursing Combined Care under the Stimulus-Response Model

目的:探讨医养结合养老服务模式的复杂性,为完善医养结合养老服务模式提供理论支持。方法:借鉴复杂适应系统理论的刺激—反应模型,围绕医养结合养老服务模式特征,构建医养结合养老服务系统的刺激—反应模型。结果:医养结合机构通过医疗、养老资源信息库过滤老年人家庭经济状况、健康状况、养老观念及资源分布情况,改善医养结合路径,完善养老制度,优化医养结合管理方式。结论:医养结合的方式选择因人而异,医养结合养老数据库还需进一步整合完善,通过"外部刺激"促进医养结合养老服务模式的形成与发展。

Objective To discusses the complexity of the model of Medical-Nursing Combined Care,and provide theoretical support for improving the mode of Medical-Nursing Combined Care.Methods Based on the Stimulus-Response Model in the theory of Complex Adaptive Systems,the Stimulus-Response Model of Medical-Nursing Combined Care service system is constructed by combining the characteristics of Medical-Nursing Combined Care service mode.Results The supplier of Medical-Nursing Combined Care can filter elderly's family economic status,health,Aging-care's conception and the distribution of resource in medical and pension resource information base,to improve the path of Medical-Nursing Combined Care,ameliorate the pension system and optimize the management.Conclusion The choice of Medical-Nursing Combined Care might be different between one person and others,the medical and pension resource information base could be further integration,and the government should promote Medical-Nursing Combined Care service mode forming and developing by“external stimulation”.
