This paper summarized the practice of introducing quasi-markets in long-term care services in the UK,analyzed the evolution of the relationship among government,market,suppliers,and consumers in the evolving external environment,reflected the impacts of the application of quasi-market and its long-term care services,evaluated its efficiency,responsiveness,choice and fairness,etc.,in order to provide reference for the long-term care that is being piloted in China.
