二级拉伸熔体静电纺丝数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Two-stage Drawing Melt Electrospinning

摘要 根据熔体静电纺丝的拉伸机理,采用有限元分析软件COMSOL对静电纺丝电场分布进行模拟仿真,并通过实验验证了结果的可靠性。在COMSOL软件中对模型进行网格划分,根据实验数据进行模拟,最后进行试验验证,得出二级拉伸的纺丝效果更好,与模拟分析结果相一致。 A finite element analysis software COMSOL was adopted to simulate the electrospinning electric field distribution according to the drawing mechanism of melt electrospinning, and the reliability of analysis results was verified by experiments. Mesh dividing was conducted for the model in the COMSOL software, and the simulation was carried out by using experimental data. Finally, the experimental verification was performed to confirm that the second-stage drawing could generate a better spinning effect, which was in good agreement with the simulation results.
