摘要 涡流检测是对非铁磁性金属设备进行无损检测的常用手段。随着工业技术的不断发展,涡流无损检测技术对缺陷可视化提出了较高的要求。因此,引入阻抗扫描成像、磁光涡流成像以及涡流层析成像三种主要的涡流无损检测成像技术,分别对成像原理、研究现状进行了概述。同时对其优缺点以及应用特点进行了对比和分析,最后就涡流无损检测成像技术研究及发展趋势进行了预测与总结。为涡流无损检测成像技术的综合应用与发展提供参考。 Eddy current testing is a common method for nondestructive testing of nonferromagnetic metal equipment.With the continuous development of industrial technology,higher requirements for defect visualization are put forward by eddy current nondestructive testing.Therefore,three main eddy current nondestructive imaging technologies,i.e.impedance scan imaging,magneto-optical eddy current imaging and eddy current tomography are introduced,and their imaging principles and research status are summarized.The advantages and disadvantages as well as the application characteristics are compared and analyzed.Finally,the research and development trend of eddy current nondestructive imaging technologies are forecasted and concluded.It could provide a reference for the comprehensive application and development of eddy current nondestructive imaging technologies.
