摘要
城市结构由单中心向多中心发展,区域联系复杂化,出行方式多元化,出行特征差异化,规划思路由定性向定量转变。信息技术迅猛发展,为规划师重新审视城市变革、增强规划效率提供了新途径。选择几类典型动态交通数据,构建了反映出行时空特征的期望线、轨迹线、等时线、小区蛛网等模型,分别从特定区域、主城区、市域范围探索交通出行特征与城市空间布局以及设施配置间的关系,形成由基础设施到现状特征再到规划决策的闭合体系,应用于基础单元周边路网梳理、主城区土地开发与产业布局、市域发展战略规划等方面。
As the city structure develops from single center to multi-centers,regional connections are complex,travel modes are diversified,travel characteristics are differentiation,and the planning thonght changes from qualitative to quantitative.Information technology is used to assist planners in re-examining the changes in city and the effectiveness of planning.In this paper,several typical dynamic traffic data are selected to construct expectation line,trajectory line,isochron,and cobweb models,which contribute to reflect the spatial and temporal characteristics of traffic travel.From specific regions,main city and metropolitan area,the relationship between traffic characteristics,urban spatial layout and the configuration of municipal facilities is studied.The closed-loop system among basic facilities,travel characteristics and traffic planning is established.It can be applied to road planning in control units,land development and industrial layout planning in main city,development strategic planning in metropolitan area.
