摘要
在篮球运动中,需要完成大量高速度和强对抗性的篮球技术动作,其中急停跳投与争抢篮板球特别容易引起膝关节的损伤。本文运用三维动态捕捉系统捕捉这两个技术动作,探讨在无护膝防护和两种护膝防护状态下,膝关节屈曲角,外旋角与外展角的变化,并对不同状态下的膝关节最大屈曲角,最大外旋角和最大外展角进行单因素方差分析。结果得出在急停跳投和争抢篮板球动作下,两种护膝装置对膝关节屈曲和外旋均有防护效果,其中半刚性护膝对膝关节外展有一定的防护作用。
In basketball game,it need to complete a large number of high-speed and strong confrontational basketball technology actions,of which stop-jump shots and rebound fighting are especially easy to cause knee injuries.3D Dynamic Capture System was used in this paper to capture the two movements in order to investigate the change of knee flexion angle,external rotation angle and abduction angle without protection and under the protection of two kinds of kneepads.Finally,one-way ANOVA method was adopted to analyze the protective effect on the peak knee flexion angle,peak knee abduction angle and peak knee abduction angle under different conditions.The results showed that the two kinds of kneecaps had protective effects on knee flexion and external rotation,where the semi-rigid kneecap had certain protective effect on the knee abduction.
