摘要
推进STEM教育逐步成为各国教育改革的重要举措,而STEM教育跨学科整合的特点对STEM教师在课程、教学及评价方面都提出了挑战。文章基于教师专业学习共同体的视角,指出STEM教师专业学习共同体(STEM-PLC)是提升STEM教师专业水平的有效途径,有助于STEM教师间支持与信任的建立、STEM教师教学效能感的提升和STEM教学质量的改善。在对STEM-PLC关键维度和实施模式的分析基础上,为我国STEM教师师资培养策略和专业发展范式构建提出几点建议。
Promoting STEM education has gradually become an important initiative of educational reform in many countries,while the interdisciplinary integration of STEM education challenges STEM teachers in curriculum,teaching and assessment.The STEM teachers'professional learning community(STEM-PLC),as an effective way to improve the professional level of STEM teachers,contributes to the establishment of support and trust among STEM teachers,the improvement of STEM teachers'teaching efficacy and the quality of STEM teaching.By analyzing and reflecting on key dimensions and the implementation modes of STEM-PLC,suggestions on how to develop preparation strategy and establish professional development format for STEM teachers in China are put forward.
