摘要
学习参与是检视一流大学本科教育质量的重要指标之一。通过与美、英、日发达国家的比较可以发现,中国一流大学本科生在课堂的深度研讨、课前做好学习准备、同伴互动、师生深度交流、基于兴趣的挑战性学习等"理智驱动的学习参与"上还有提升的空间;在一般学习习惯、遵从教师的高要求等"规范驱动的学习参与"上,中国学生表现较好。聚焦课堂变革、改进师生交流、优化教学管理成为未来本科教学质量深度提升的重要方向。
Learning engagement is a very important index monitoring the quality of undergraduate education quality of first-class university.Through the comparison among USA,Great Britain,Japan and China,the paper finds the following results.As to the"mind-driven learning engagement",such as deep discussion in classroom,making good preparation before class,peer interaction,student-faculty deep communication,interest-based challenge learning,Chinese undergraduate student need to make progress in future.For the"rule-driven learning engagement",such as general learning habit,obeying the high demand from teachers,Chinese students perform pretty well.Based on the above conclusion,the paper provides such suggestions as paying more attention to classroom reform,improving the teacher-student communication,optimizing the teaching management.
