摘要
为了解教育领域用户体验(User Experience,UE/UX)的国际研究现状和发展趋势,以1983~2018年35年间Web of Science上发表的763篇与教育教学领域"用户体验"相关的文献为分析对象,采用文献计量分析方法,对这些论文的发表时间、作者、国家/地区及机构分布、期刊来源、学科、关键词、高影响力文献等内容信息进行梳理,研究发现:(1)教育领域用户体验国际研究自1983年起逐步发展,2015年以后逐步成为热点。作为一个国际性研究话题,以美国、英国为代表的欧美国家在相关研究上占据主导地位,同时主要研究力量来自高校。(2)有关研究涉及学科领域广泛,呈现多学科交叉融合的态势,与计算机科学、工程科学尤其密不可分。(3)该领域未来研究趋势包括关注增强教育领域用户体验的技术、关注不同学习形式或学习情境下的用户体验、关注生理和心理层面的用户体验及其度量评价等方面。
In order to understand the current status and trend of research related to User Experience(UE/UX)in education,the study makes an analysis of 763 literature related to"user experience"published in Web of Science from 1983 to 2018,using bibliometric analysis method,by sorting out the distribution of time,country/region,organization,author,journal,subject,keywords and high impact literature,results show that:(1)The international research on user experience in education has gradually developed since 1983,and has gradually become a hot spot since 2015.As a hot topic of international research,the USA and the UK occupy a dominant position in related research;and the main research force is from colleges and universities.(2)User experience involves a wide range of disciplines and a trend of multidisciplinary integration,which is particularly inseparable from computer science and engineering science.(3)Further related studies may focus on enhancing the user experience in education,user experience in different learning forms or learning situations,and the user experience as well as its measurement and evaluation on the physiological and psychological levels.
