中小学班级精细化管理的困境及其破解 被引量:4

摘要 伴随时代进步对基础教育发展的新诉求以及中小学班级管理复杂性、丰富性、多元性的日渐凸显,以粗疏、臆度、短促为标志的粗放式管理的弊端日渐暴露无遗,越来越不能适应中小学班级管理的吁求,以规范化、标准化、系统化为基本特性的精细化管理已成为中小学班级管理发展的一种必然趋势。但当前中小学班级精细化管理发展中面临着管理理念模糊、管理内容僵化、管理手段粗糙、管理制度流于形式以及管理评价标准片面等问题,严重桎梏了中小学班级管理水平的提升。为此,应增强精细化管理理念,提升精细化管理目标的自觉意识;充实班级管理的内容,实现班级管理内容的精细化;运用科学有效的管理手段,保证班级管理手段的精细化;健全班级管理制度,推进班级制度建设的精细化;采用多元评价标准,确保班级评价机制的精细化,以此提质增效,不断开辟中小学班级管理的新境界。 With the progress of the times,there are new requirements for basic education development.And the class management in primary and middle schools features with more complexity,variety and diversity.In such a context,the drawbacks of extensive management marked by roughness,ambiguity and shortness are gradually exposed,making it increasingly unsuitable for class management in primary and middles schools.Therefore,regulated,standardized and systematic fine management has become more and more popular in class management development in primary and middle schools.However,at present,the development of delicacy management in primary and secondary schools has problems such as blurred concepts,outdated contents,crude methods,superficial management system and management evaluation standards.As a result,all these seriously restrain the class management level to improve.In order to solve these problems,the paper proposes to the concept and the conscious consciousness of refined management objectives;to enrich the class management content and take corresponsive action;to ensure the fineness of class management methods by using scientific and effective approaches;to improve the class management system and promote the refinement in systems and adopt multi-evaluation criteria to ensure the refinement of the class review mechanism.By doing so,the quality and efficiency in crease in management can be realized,making progress in class management in primary and middle schools.
