摘要 时代的发展以及教育的变革,要求教研员转换角色并承担多元化的职能,教研员应成为教育教学的研究者、课程实施与开发的引领者和服务者、教师专业发展的指导者与合作者、优秀教育教学经验与成果的提炼者和推广者。然而,受多种因素的影响,在教育现实中,部分教研员的角色出现了迷失,成为了"准官员""执行者""监察者""考务员"。为了实现教研员的应然角色,应明确教研员职能,规范其行为;提供支持,助推教研员转型与发展;转变观念,提升教研员的课程与教学领导力;加强合作,为一线教师提供精准化教研指导。 The development of the times and the reform of education require teaching and research staff to transform their roles and undertake diversified functions,teaching and research staff should be the researchers of education and teaching,leaders and servers of curriculum implementation and development,instructors and collaborators of teachers′professional development,refiners and spreaders of excellent teaching experience and achievements.However,under the influence of multiple factors,the role of some teaching and research staff is lost in the reality of education,they become"quasi-official","executor","supervisor"and"examination officer".In order to realize the deserved role of the teaching and research staff,it is necessary to clarify their functions,regulate their behavior;provide them with support,promote their transformation and development;change their concept,improve their curriculum and teaching guidance;strengthen the cooperation,provide precise teaching and research guidance for front teachers.
