泻心汤对急性阑尾炎患者C反应蛋白、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

Effect of Xiexin Decoction on C-reactive protein,Interleukin-6 and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α in Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的观察泻心汤对急性阑尾炎患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-a)的影响。方法选取急性阑尾炎患者60例为研究对象,按人院顺序编号分配选取随机数字,并对随机数字进行处理,分为对照组和观察组各30例;观察组给予西医常规综合治疗,对照组在西医常规治疗上加服泻心汤。观察治疗前、治疗后3d及治疗后6d患者血清CRP、IL-6及TNF-a变化,并评价临床疗效。结果治疗后2组CRF、IL-6、TNF-2水平较治疗前改善(P <0. 05);且治疗后观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论泻心汤对于病情评估可行保守治疗的急性阑尾炎患者,有临床疗效,临床上值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of Xiexin Decoction on C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a)in patients with acute appendicitis.Methods:60 patients with acute appendicitis were enrolled in the study and were randomly assigned according to the admission number of patients in the hospital.The random numbers were processed and divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases per group.The observation group was treated with conventional western medicine and the control group was added Xiexin Decoction on the baseline of the routine treatment of Western medicine.The changes of serum CRP,IL-6 and TNF-a were observed before treatment and after 3-day and 6-day treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The levels of CRF,IL-6 and TNF-2 in the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiexin Decoction has a clinical curative effect on patients with acute appendicitis who are conservatively treated for condition assessment and is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
