摘要 上海市廊下污水处理厂原污泥处理系统采用带式浓缩脱水一体机,脱水后污泥含水率在80%左右,无法满足当地焚烧厂接收要求。为此需对原有污泥处理系统进行提标改造,采用"机械浓缩+化学调理+高压隔膜压滤机"深度处理,稳定运行后,污泥含水率控制在60%以下。介绍污泥深度脱水工艺流程及主要工艺设计参数,并分析提标改造后的运行效果。 The belt type concentrating & dewatering integrated machine is employed to treat sludge in Shanghai Langxia Wastewater Treatment Plant.The water content of dewatered sludge is about 80% which cannot meet the requirements of the local incineration plant.Therefore,the process of sludge concentration+chemical conditioning+high pressure diaphragm filter press is conducted for the sludge advanced dewatering system.The results indicate that the sludge water content is less than 60% during the stable operation period.The process flow and main process design parameters of sludge deep dewatering are introduced,and the operation effect after upgrading is analyzed.
