上海现代化城市基础设施建设加强依法治理的探索

城市的基础设施建设是城市血脉和生命的象征,反映一个城市的政治、经济和法治建设领域的面貌,体现市民的社会素养和文化素养,代表一个城市的精神。城市基础设施建设伴随着科技创新、技术开发、建设施工安全管理的全过程,以法律法规体系为支撑,确保城市基础设施建设又好又快发展。随着上海城市经济和现代化建设的不断推进,城市基础设施依法管理也随之必须科学、规范、完善。通过对上海城市基础设施建设依法管理的回顾,提出加强城市建设依法管理的见解及其适应性提升管理的探索。

A city's infrastructure construction is a symbol of the city's blood and life,reflecting the face of a city's political,economic and rule of law construction,reflecting the citizens' social literacy & cultural accomplishment,and representing the spirit of a city.The construction of urban infrastructure is accompanied by the whole process of scientific and technological innovation,technology development,construction and construction safety management,and is supported by laws and regulations to ensure the sound and rapid development of urban infrastructure construction.With the continuous advancement of Shanghai's urban economy and modernization,the management of urban infrastructure must be scientific,standardized and perfect.Through reviewing the legal management of Shanghai's urban infrastructure construction,this paper puts forward the views of strengthening the legal management of urban construction and the exploration of improving its adaptability and management.
