New Generation Migrant Workers’ Educational Level and Their Creativity:The Role of Core Self-Evaluation

摘要 已有研究很大程度上忽视了新生代农民工的创造力问题。本研究通过对803份样本的分析,验证了新生代农民工教育水平对其创造力的影响。研究1探讨了核心自我评价在其中起到的中介作用,研究2通过将核心自我评价分解为能力与人格的交互作用,提出知识整合能力才是真正连接新生代农民工教育水平与创造力的中介,而创造性人格对该中介效应起到调节作用。研究为探索企业新生代农民工的创造力提供了理论支持和实践启示。 The present study analyzed the new generation migrant workers via a total sample of 803 questionnaires,in an effort to examine the effect of educational level on their creativity.Study 1 explored how their educational level impacted creativity through the mediating role of the core self-evaluation,and Study 2 proposed that the mediating role of core self-evaluation could be divided into knowledge integration and creative personality.Knowledge integration played the true mediating role between their educational level and their creativity,whereas creative personality moderated this mediating role.This study provides theoretical support and practical inspiration for exploring the creativity of the new generation migrant workers.
