摘要在北京城市副中心背景下,通州区新华街道的社区协商治理协商服务探索具有社区治理服务与社区协商民主相互融合的特征。结合推动指导"社区协商治理和社区协商服务"的实践经验,立足城市副中心建设对社区建设的要求,对当前城市社区协商的核心问题和共性问题进行了系统分析,针对现实问题提出对策性建议。 Under the background of Beijing urban vice-center,the community consultative governance model of Xinhua street in Tongzhou district is characterized by the integration of community governance services and community consultative democracy.Based on the practical experience of“community consultative governance and community consultative service”and the requirements of the construction of urban sub-centers for the community,this paper systematically analyses the core and common problems of the current urban community consultation,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in view of the practical problems.
