随着国有企业对外投资的加速,经营风险也日渐增长。如何有效识别、控制风险成为国有企业改革与发展过程中的重要内容。本文从公司治理结构角度入手,分析了当前国有企业对外投资中存在的风险,并提出了相关风险防控措施。

With the acceleration of foreign investment of state-owned enterprises,the operational risks are increasing day by day.How to effectively identify and control risks has become an important part of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.Starting from the perspective of corporate governance structure,this paper analyses the risks existing in the current foreign investment of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward relevant risk prevention and control measures.
