制造类企业零部件库存控制优化策略研究与应用

The Optimization Study and Application of Spare Parts Inventory Management in Manufacturing Enterprises

文中提出了K企业的零部件分类控制优化策略,将其应用到企业库存管理实践中,并通过对比2018年与前几年的企业库存经济指标,表明所提出的方法可以有效地降低平均库存额、提高库存周转速率,较大地提高了企业的经济效益,保证了企业零部件库存管理优化工作的顺利实施。

This paper proposes spare parts classify optimization strategy for K-railway transportation equipment enterprise,and applys it to the inventory management practice.Through comparison the inventory economic index between 2018 and the former 3 years,the results show that the method proposed has good Forecasting effect,and can effectively reduce the average inventory amount,increase the inventory rotate speed,greatly increase the economic benefit,which well guarantee the implementation of inventory management optimization.
