摘要
企业要想成长为多元的跨行业持续发展的精英企业,需要具备满足客户需要和持续增长营业额及收入的能力。A公司在企业管理中推行基于价值的六西格玛(Value Based on Six-Sigma,VBSS)管理,实现了多年的持续营业收入增长,是其保持持续改进的有效管理模式和企业持续发展的秘密武器。文中以A公司为例,对其基于价值的VBSS管理模式的实施策略进行分析,旨在为其他企业探索管理模式提供有价值的借鉴。
Growing into a diversified,cross-industry and sustainable enterprise,it needs to have the ability to meet customer needs and sustain growth in revenue and revenue.Company A promoted Value Based on Six-Sigma(VBSS)management in corporate management,and achieved years of continuous revenue growth.It is an effective management model for continuous improvement and a secret weapon for sustainable development.This paper takes Company A as an example to analyze the implementation strategy of its value-based VBSS management model,aiming to provide valuable reference for other enterprises to explore management mode.
