摘要
燃料管理作为火力发电企业降低成本、提高效益、抗御市场风险的最有效方式,是提高企业管理水平、提高燃料质量、降低燃料成本的重要环节。燃煤对于火电企业可持续发展的重要性已经引起了广泛的关注,燃料智能化作为中国制造2025代表应用,将推动发电企业战略转型。文中通过火电厂燃料智能化管理中的燃料采制化管理规划设计和应用分析,将燃料采样、制样和化验各环节通过物联网技术有效融合的集成创新,提出燃煤智能气动存取样系统的技术路线和设计应用,为国内燃煤智能化管理建设提供新的思路与借鉴。
Fuel management,as the most effective way for thermal power enterprises to reduce costs,raise efficiency and resist market risks,is a key step to improve enterprise management,heighten fuel quality and reduce fuel costs.The significance of coal combustion for the sustainable development of thermal power enterprises has attracted wide attention.As a representative application of Made-in-China 2025,fuel intelligence will promote the strategic transformation of power generation enterprises.Through the planning design and application analysis of fuel extraction and production management in the intelligent management of fuel in thermal power plants,the essay puts forward the technical route and design application of the intelligent pneumatic access sample system for coal combustion by the effective integration of fuel sampling,sample preparation and test links with the Internet technology,and provides new ideas and reference for the construction of intelligent management of coal combustion in China.
