摘要
台湾大学和台湾清华大学实现了从注重教学与科研的单向精进向科教融合的跨越式转变,奠定了世界一流大学的教学之基,并呈现出五大特征:将打造卓越教学视为教师教学专业发展的根本目标、创设提供教师教学专业发展支持与服务的专门机构、基于教师成长社群载体的跨学科的教学交流与合作、以分层分类的方式保障教师教学的个性化发展、教学评价和激励并行的教师教学专业发展制度保障。台湾一流大学教师教学专业发展对大陆地区的启示在于:坚持教学的中心地位不动摇,视打造一流教学为教师教学专业发展之旨归;培育先进的大学教学文化,激发教师教学专业发展的内驱力和自主性;以教师教学发展中心为载体,贯通教师职前与职后的一体化教学专业发展链;实施弹性的教学评价和激励制度,巩固教师教学专业发展的长效制度支撑。
Taiwan University and Tsinghua University in Taiwan have achieved a leap-forward transformation from the one-way improvement of teaching and research to the integration of teaching and research,and it also Laid the strong foundation for the teaching of world-class universities.There are five characteristics:to regard the creation of excellent teaching as the fundamental goal of the development of teachers’teaching profession;create a specialized organization to provide support and services for the development of teachers’teaching profession;interdisciplinary teaching communication and cooperation based on teacher growth community carrier;guarantee the individualized development of teachers’teaching by hierarchical classification;system guarantee of faculty’s teaching professional development where teaching evaluation and motivation run in parallel.Here are the enlightenments that can benefit the China's Mainland’s the development of faculty’s teaching profession:adhere to the central position of teaching,and consider the purpose of creating first-class teaching as the development of teachers’teaching profession;cultivate advanced university teaching culture and stimulate the internal drive and autonomy of teachers’professional development;caking the faculty’s teaching development center as the carrier,integrating faculty’s pre-service and post-employment integration teaching professional development;implement flexible teaching evaluation and incentive system,and consolidate the long-term institutional support for the development of teachers’teaching profession.
