Grassroots deliberative democracy is the foundation of the Development of socialist Democratic politics,and one of the channels for the continuous promotion of socialist deliberative democracy.In the new era,the social principal contradiction has changed,the people's yearning for a better life has become the basic goal of the grassroots consultation;on the basis of the new era of deliberative democracy theory,Xi Jinping has carried on a meticulous and in-depth inquiry into the roots of deliberative democracy,and discussed the concept of grassroots consultation.This paper points out the direction of democratic development at the grass-roots level,and under the condition of the socialist deliberative democracy playing an important role,it puts forward new demands on the concrete practice of the grassroots deliberative democracy,insists on the party's leadership,plays the core role of grassroots party organizations,and develops the grassroots deliberative democracy to perfect the concrete system of the grassroots.,feedback mechanism,so as to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the grassroots,effectively solve the people's practical difficulties,alleviate grassroots contradictions,to achieve grassroots social governance modernization.
