Objective To discuss the changes of serum lyphosphatidylcholine(Lyso-PC)and apolipoprotein B(apo B)levels in children with bronchial asthma(BA)and their clinical significance. Methods 100 children with BA were selected from March 2015 to March 2018 in our hospital.According to clinical stages, they were divided into the acute phase group(n=36)and the remission group(n=64),and 50 healthy children were selected as the health group at the same time in medical examination center.Their serum Lyso-PC and apo B levels and lung function(FEV 1 and PEF)were detected in all children. Results The serum Lyso-PC and apo B levels in the acute phase group were significantly higher than those in the remission group, and the serum Lyso-PC and apo B levels in the remission group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of FEV 1 and PEF in the acute phase group were significantly lower than those in the remission group, and they were significantly lower in the remission group than in the healthy group(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum Lyso-PC and apo B levels were negatively correlated with FEV 1 and PEF(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of serum Lyso-PC and apo B levels are related to the occurrence and development of BA,and Lyso-PC and apo B may be involved in the pathological process of lung function impairment in children.
