miRNA-296表达水平与NSCLC患者临床病理特征及预后的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between miRNA-296 expression and clinical pathological features and clinical prognosis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的分析miRNA-296在非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达和对临床预后的影响。方法收集120例NSCLC患者的临床随访资料,提取并检测miRNA-296在肺癌血清的表达,采用K-M法和Cox回归性和定量分析miRN-296与NSCLC患者临床预后的关系。结果 miRNA-296的表达与年龄、性别、吸烟史、组织类型和肿瘤大小不相关(P> 0. 05);与分化程度(P=0. 004)、临床分期(P=0. 025)和淋巴结转移(P=0. 020)有关。K-M分析结果显示miRNA-296高表达和低表达生存曲线有明显差异(P=0. 011);多因素Cox回归分析显示,淋巴结转移和miRNA-296高表达仍是NSCLC患者不良预后的独立预测因子(HR=1. 89,95%CI:1. 07-3. 99,P=0. 031; HR=1. 85,95%CI:1. 13-2. 50,P=0. 021)。结论 miRNA-296高表达是NSCLC病人不良预后的独立预测因子,可能是其治疗的新的靶点。 Objective To analyze the expression of miRNA-296 and its effect on clinical prognosis in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The clinical follow-up data of 120 patients with NSCLC were collected,and the expression of miRNA-296 in the lung cancer group was extracted and detected,and the relationship between miRNA-296 and the clinical prognosis of NSCLC patients was analyzed by K-M and Cox regression.Results The expression of miRNA-296 was not related to age,gender,smoking history,tissue type and tumor size(P >0.05).It was associated with degrees of differentiation(P=0.004),clinical stage(P=0.025)and lymph node metastasis(P=0.020).The Results of K-M analysis showed significant differences in miRNA-296 high expression and low expression survival curves(P=0.001).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis and miRNA-296 low expression remained an independent predictor of poor prognosis in NSCLC patients(HR=1.89,95%CI:1.07-3.99,P=0.031;HR=1.85,95%CI:1.13-2.50,P=0.021).Conclusion High miRNA-296 expression is an independent predictor of poor prognosis in NSCLC patients and may be a new target for its treatment.
