螺内酯治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对患者心功能的影响

Effect of spironolactone in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease and its effect on cardiac function

目的:探讨螺内酯治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对患者心功能的影响。方法:收治冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者90例,随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗+螺内酯治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗6个月后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组心率(HR)及左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平均明显降低,左室射血分数(LVEF)水平明显升高,且观察组HR及LVEDD水平均低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:螺内酯治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭临床效果显著,可有效改善心功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of spironolactone in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease and its effect on cardiac function.Methods:90 patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with conventional treatment plus spironolactone,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),heart rates(HR)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were significantly decreased and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was significantly increased in both groups,the HR and LVEDD water in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the LVEF level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spironolactone had a significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure due to coronary heart disease,it can effectively improve heart function.
