MRI与螺旋CT对原发性胃癌病灶的诊断价值对比分析

Comparative analysis of MRI and spiral CT in the diagnosis of primary gastric cancer lesions

目的:探究原发性胃癌病灶诊断中应用MRI、螺旋CT诊断的价值。方法:收治原发性胃癌患者50例,均接受MRI以及螺旋CT诊断。结果:MRI对胃外病灶、胃内病灶检出率以及胃外病灶、胃内病灶、总病灶的检出个数均高于螺旋CT(P<0.05)。结论:与螺旋CT相比,MRI在原发性胃癌病灶诊断中的应用价值更高。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of MRI and spiral CT in the diagnosis of primary gastric cancer.Methods:50 patients with primary gastric cancer were diagnosed by MRI and spiral CT.Results:The detection rate of extragastric lesions,intragastric lesions and the number of extragastric lesions,intragastric lesions and total lesions were higher in MRI than in spiral CT(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with spiral CT,MRI is of higher value in the diagnosis of primary gastric cancer.
