基于安全风险评估的新能源乘用车保险研究

Research on New Energy Passenger Vehicle Insurance Based on Safety Risk Assessment and Testing Technology

随着产销规模扩大,新能源乘用车保险问题日益受到重视。文章系统研究了中国商业车险条款现行管理制度对新能源乘用车产品的适应性,剖析主要问题和症结,并建立新能源乘用车安全风险评估体系,开展典型产品的安全性能测试评估。最后基于安全性能测试评估,研究提出新能源乘用车车损险和车上乘员险等专属险种的风险评级,并建议按照安全性能测试星级给予新能源乘用车差异化的保险费率优惠。

With the expansion of production and marketing scale,the issue of new energy passenger vehicle insurance has been paid more and more attention.This paper systematically studied the adaptability of the current management system of China's commercial vehicle insurance clauses to the new energy passenger vehicle,analyzed the main problems,established the new energy passenger vehicle safety risk assessment system,and carried out the safety performance test and evaluation of typical products.Finally,the risk ratings of new energy passenger vehicle damage insurance and occupant insurance based on the safety performance test and evaluation were proposed,and the differentiated premium rates of new energy passenger vehicle were recommended according to the safety performance test stars.
