摘要
目前,轻量化已经成为未来汽车行业发展的重要技术之一,轻量化可以使汽车产品的重量降低、性能提升,节能、安全。仪表板管梁是汽车内饰重量最重要组成部分之一,传统钢制一般重9-10kg,随着铝合金材料在汽车行业的广泛应用,我们对其在仪表板管梁上的运用作了尝试,成功的达成了降重40%以上的目标。文章详细介绍了铝合金仪表板管梁的设计思路和CAE分析过程,对轻量化仪表板管梁设计研究有极高的指导作用。
Lightweigt has become one of the important technologies for the development of the antomotive industry in the futrue,it can reduce the weight of automobile products and improve the performance,energy saving and safety.Car cross Beam(CCB)is one of theimprotant part of Interior weight.Traditional steel CCB weight about 9-10kg.With the extensive application of aluminum alloy materials in automobile industry,we made an attempt on CCB,successfully reduced the weight by more than 40%.This paper generalizes and dissects the design ideas and CAE Process of(CCB).Its detail presentation is great useful guidance for lightweight CCB design.
