基于拓扑优化的塑料尾门仿真设计

摘要 为了探索一种满足结构要求同时尽可能的降低其重量的塑料尾门设计结构,文章基于变密度法,建立连续的尾门拓扑优化模型,填充内板与外板之间的腔体作为优化空间,根据是否将密封面作为优化对象,分别建立了全拓扑优化和局部拓扑优化两种方案,以结构设计区域体积最小为目标函数。针对模态,弯曲,扭转,中部刚度分别制定了优化目标,得到了载荷最优传递路径及它们之间的连接形式,结果表明该优化结构满足尾门设计要求,可为尾门下一步详细设计提供依据。 In order to explore a design structure of plastic tail gate which can meet the structural requirements and reduce its weight as much as possible.Establishment of continuous tail gate topology optimization model.Filling the cavity between the inner plate and the outer plate as the optimization space.According to whether the sealing surface is taken as the optimization object,two schemes,full topology optimization and local topology optimization,are established respec-tively.Taking the minimum volume of structural design as the objective function.According to the modal,bending,torsion and middle stiffness,the optimal load transfer path and the connection between them are obtained.The results show that the optimized structure meets the design requirements of the tail gate and provides a basis for the next detailed design of the tail gate.
